Please note that as a resale platform, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint by encouraging mindful shopping and sustainable return practices.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific items from your order history that you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your preloved items in the original mailer or a reusable shipping bag, ensuring all internal tags and Athleta Preloved identifiers are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous postage marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
